Fall Is Here, and the Kitchen Knows It

You can feel it the minute you walk in. The sun's going down earlier, there's a crisp in the air, and the kitchen is buzzing again. Tickets are coming in steady, the line is moving, and everybody has that fall energy back.

I've been in this business a long time, and this is still my favorite part of the year. We run on New York's season here. Summer slows down, people travel, and then September hits and everyone's back at it. Back to work, back to routines, back to dinner with friends on a weeknight. By October the dining room is full again, and it feels good.

What's on the fall menu

Our fall menu is out, and it's made for this weather. We're cooking with squash and pumpkin, the kind of food that makes you want to stay for one more glass.

Yes, the pumpkin grits are back!

Our pot pie is on, too. And Catfish Fridays are here, so plan your week around it.

Come see us. Bring the people you've been meaning to catch up with. The table's set, and we'd love to have you.
